Equipment Maintenance Agreement

 

Updates

Rate Updates occur at the discretion of the Postal Service, UPS, RPS and other carriers. You never know when they are going to happen or how often they will happen. In this age of cutbacks and budget constraints finding a way to plan for these updates is just good business sense.

Budget

A Rate Change Agreement (RCA) from NMS is the solution to your budget needs.

No Surprises 

Just one cost for an annual agreement which covers unlimited updates. No Exceptions. Nice,huh?

What You Get

Once you have accepted the RCA, every time the rates change NMS will:

Provide and install any and all memory chips/cards required to keep all rates current without further charge for material or labor.

After installation of new memory chips/cards,check the scale and/or manifest for accuracy
with standard test weights and verify the correct read out of the new rate.

What You Need

NMS will send you notification of an impending rate change, if you require the rate update just complete the order form and mail or fax it to us. That's it! NMS takes care of the rest. It is just
that easy.

Added Benefits

If you currently have an annual Equipment Maintenance Agreement (EMA) with NMS, the RCA will be added to it and run concurrently. This means you will get only one invoice for both agreements. Another budget benefit.
