  • Your organization will receive loaner equipment if we are unable to restore full functionality to your Neopost-brand product within 24 hours of our original arrival. Alternately, you can have full access to one of our demonstration models in our showroom if you fall behind schedule on a mailing project.  
  • You will receive a 30-day no-repeat-call warranty for all repair work performed.
